Patient Notify

• Minimum term of 1 year required

• You can increase the quantity of # of IBs (Interaction Bundles)

• Example: 3 IBs (3 quantity of SCI-PAC-ENG) gives 30,000 interactions; 5 IBs gives 50,000 interactions

• Pricing includes all support (24x7 | 365 days/year)

• Minimum purchase of 5 Interaction Bundles (IBs) required

• 1 Interaction is 1 SMS or 1 minute of Voice

• Customer will get pro-active notification based on certain consumption threshold

• Customer will get 20% overage of the purchased Virtual Agent licenses before the service is terminated

Patient Assist

• Minimum term of 1 year required

• Pricing includes all support (24x7 | 365 days/year)

• Minimum purchase of 30 agents required (concurrent)

• No minimum purchase for reorders

• Patient Assist licensing is based on concurrent contact center agent licenses

• New orders require at least 1 PS Bundle for implementation
